Problem Addressed
Several bore-wells in India, dug for ground-water, are left uncovered after usage. Cases of young children accidentally slipping and getting trapped in to these wells are frequently reported. Due to the small diameter and large depth, the rescue operation from such wells is quite complex.
Abstract
The present invention relates to an inflatable borewell rescue device with a holder mechanism for rescuing a victim who has fallen into a hole of considerable depth having very narrow diameter such as but not limited to bore wells or water wells. Embodiments are further related to equipment and apparatus for limiting displacement of the human body, especially in case of sudden changes of motion.
