Technology Transfer

Design defines a new or original features of shape, configuration pattern, ornamentation or composition of lines or colors as applied to an article, whether in two or three dimensions or both. Design is a right given by law to individuals or Institutions/others for a class of article. The Design of an article is protected under the Designs Act, 2000.
